Student Grievance Redressal Committee
- The committee gives a student, and a person seeking admission, a way to raise a grievance about this college.
- A grievance is addressed to the chairperson. It may concern admission contrary to the published policy, retention of certificates, excess fee, reservation, a scholarship delay, or a delay or unfairness in an examination.
- Under the University Grants Commission (UGC) (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023, the committee has a chairperson, senior teachers, and a student special invitee. At least one member is a woman, and seats are kept for an SC/ST representative and an OBC representative.
- The committee follows natural justice and aims to report within fifteen working days. An appeal lies with the Ombudsperson of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly.
- UGC e-Samadhan remains open at samadhaan.ugc.ac.in.
