The University Grants Commission (UGC) refund rules, counted from the University’s last date.
Fee refund policy
Refund follows the University Grants Commission (UGC) notification of October 2018 on refund of fees and non-retention of original certificates. Later UGC circulars have kept that table in force. The last date is the last date notified by the University for that session.

|---|---|
| 100% | 15 days or more before the formally notified last date of admission. Processing charge not more than 5% of the fee paid, and not more than ₹5,000. |
| 90% | Less than 15 days before the formally notified last date of admission. |
| 80% | 15 days or less after the formally notified last date of admission. |
| 50% | More than 15 days, and up to 30 days, after that last date. |
| Nil | More than 30 days after that last date. |
