Internal Complaint Committee

• The Internal Complaint Committee is constituted under the POSH Act, 2013, and the University Grants Commission (UGC) Regulations, 2015, on prevention, prohibition and redressal of sexual harassment of women employees and students.
• The Presiding Officer is a woman on the faculty. At least half the members are women.
• Where a student is involved, three students sit on the committee. This is an undergraduate college, so the three students are two girls and one boy.
• The external member is Haji Yunus Idrisi, Chairman, Janhit Prakash Seva Samiti, New Delhi.
• A written complaint may be made by a student or an employee. A further complaint may be taken to Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly.
