प्रवेश 2026–27 — एनईपी सेमेस्टर
Admission 2026–27
B.A. and B.Sc. are semester programmes under NEP-2020. Register on the University portal with college code 334. The portal date is the last date.
Semester admission under NEP-2020
Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly (U.P.) has run undergraduate programmes under the National Education Policy 2020 since 2021–22, on the common minimum syllabus of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Admission is completed on the University portal. The college confirms the seat after the portal step, against the seats and the subjects it actually teaches.
- Choose the faculty: Arts for B.A., Science for B.Sc. Eligibility is intermediate (10+2); Science needs the Science intermediate.
- Register on the University admission portal with college code 334.
- Select two major subjects from that faculty, from the list this college offers, and only while the seat is open.
- A minor paper, theory only, may be from the same faculty or another, in the first two years, as seats allow.
- A vocational course of 3 credits is taken in each of the first four semesters. If a vocational paper is not on offer here, an online course the University accepts (such as SWAYAM) may be used.
- Original certificates are shown and returned the same day. Fee is taken for the semester being taught, not for all six semesters in advance.
- The anti-ragging undertaking is completed before classes. Keep the ABC or APAAR identity for the credit record.
There is no capitation fee. Reservation follows the roster of the Government of Uttar Pradesh and the University.
| When | What the University’s semester cycle does |
|---|---|
| Before July | Online registration and college choice on the University portal. The portal’s last date overrides this row. |
| July | Document check at the college, subject allotment, semester fee, and the start of the odd semester. |
| July – December | Odd semester. Classes, then the University’s odd-semester examination. |
| January – June | Even semester. A student already on the roll does not take admission again; the examination form is a separate University window. |
Exit and re-entry, as the University provides: a certificate after the first year (2 semesters, 80 credits), a diploma after the second year (4 semesters, 120 credits), and the degree after the third year (6 semesters, 160 credits). A student who leaves may re-enter at the next level. A change of subject in the second or third year needs the prerequisite and an open seat. The fourth year, Honours with Research, is not open here unless the University allots it to college code 334.
Questions go to the Manager, Zeeshan Khan, at the office: +91 87558 09766 or chnmdc@gmail.com.

Only the fee for the current year or semester is charged in advance. Caution money and a security deposit, if any, are not part of that fee and are refunded in full.
If a student withdraws, the college follows the UGC notification on refund of fees (October 2018), which later UGC circulars have kept in force. The count is from the formally notified last date of admission. The refund is made within fifteen days of a written application.
| Refund | When the written notice of withdrawal reaches the college |
